comScore qSearch released July 2012 U.S. search engine rankings, and although Google still leads the market, the good news for Bing is that it grew for the second straight month. And, if in July 2011 Bing was at 14.4 percent, last month Bing recorded 15.7 percent market share, up 0.1 percentage points compared to June. This may not seem much, but if things continue upwards, chances are that by next year Bing’s search market share will be significantly higher. The question remains: can Bing take over Google, or it will grab market share from other search engines like Yahoo!; ASK and AOL?
